- Has a guest been assigned?
- Is the number of people higher than the maximum number of people allowed in the selected room type?

There are no reservations on the check-in screen.
It is also possible that the night audit has not been performed or has been performed by mistake. You can see this by looking at ‘night audit’. The booking date should be on the current date.
