I can’t check out a reservation. 


You can check the following:

  • Is there a room assigned?
  • Has a guest been assigned?
  • Is the number of people higher than the maximum number of people allowed in the selected room type?

I can’t check in a reservation.


You can check the following:

  • Is there a room assigned to the reservation?
  • Is there a guest assigned to the reservation?

There is only a gray box in the check-in and/or check-out screen.


Do you only see the screen below in VIPS?

Then your personal settings have been deleted, this is not a problem.
By clicking on CTRL-G you can reset them.

There are no reservations on the check-in screen. 


  • Press CTRL-G. This is the shortcut to select all columns. Please click on the columns and you will see reservations again.

It is also possible that the night audit has not been performed or has been performed by mistake. You can see this by looking at ‘night audit’. The booking date should be on the current date.

If the night audit has already been done, you can do 2 things:

  • Are all arrivals set to no-show? You can de-canecel these.
  • You can contact the helpdesk so a correction can be made (we will restore the last backup).
    However, there are costs involved if this is done outside office hours.
