The availability between VIPS and Cubilis is not correct.
If the availability between VIPS and Cubilis is not correct, this can have several causes:
Availability is not correct between VIPS and Cubilis and there is a Channel Manager link.
If you have the Cubilis link Channel Manager, it is possible to synchronize the availability yourself.
If you don’t have this yet, we will probably install it for you. You will be informed about this.
You can synchronize it youself in no time:
Go to the Internet > Channels > Select the channel type and click Modify.
Here you can synchronize availability in three different ways.
1.Synchronize all rooms and/or arrangements:
Select your location under wc_description and click on the right mouse button > Send availability > Choose Days or Period.
When you choose Days you can indicate the number of days you want to synchronize starting today.
When you choose Period you can enter a from to date.
2. By source-item type
Click on the ‘room mapping’ tab and select the room type in the bottom box you want to synchronize and click on the right button > Send availability > Choose Days or Period.
When you choose Days, you can specify the number of days you want to synchronize starting today.
When you choose Period, you can enter a ‘from to date’.
3. By source-item type and package.
Click on the package mapping tab and select the room type in the lower box you want to synchronize and click the right mouse button > Send Availability > choose Days or Period.
When you choose Days, you can specify the number of days you want to synchronize starting today.
When you choose Period, you can enter a ‘from to date’.
