I don’t see any reservations made under a customer, but there have been reservations. 

 

In the overview ‘reservations’ under a relation/customer, only reservations are shown that are still expected. By checking the ‘history’ option, the reservations in the past will also be shown.

How do I get customer data from VIPS?

 

By creating a mailing you can import customer data from VIPS and process it in a Word or Excel file.
