I have created a new employee but he/she can’t do anything in VIPS.
You can check 3 things. Attention, only the employee with the rights ‘application manager’ can do this. If you can’t do this below, you are not an application manager and another employee who does have these rights has to do so.
- Does the user have the necessary right? Go to the security center > Users.
Go to the employee in charge and click on the application tab, here you will see a white area. Use the right mouse button and click on add.
- Does the user have the correct settings? Go to the security center > Users. Go to the employee in charge and click on the tab ‘application’. Is there a menu filled in under ‘menu’?
- It is possible that the columns are not yet set. Click on CTRL-G and select the required columns.
